HARVEST CALENDAR

Harvest periods are the most important and feasible times of a year in order to ensure best available prices and perfect vegetable quality in terms of texture, colour and taste. That’s for sure, products like already fermented cucumber and pepper pickles that are being stored in drums can be packed in retail or foodservice containers after the harvest seasons through the year; but, in order to achieve our quality standards, we aim to process and pack vegetables within these harvest periods to transfer final products to our warehouse to be shipped spread among the year until next harvest period. In this respect, it is vital and preferred to sign annual contracts before harvests start. These harvest periods are as follows;
